本作品は保全された自然緑地にある湧水泉の上に投影する拡張現実での彫刻作品になります。

神奈川県川崎市麻生区にある黒川緑地に湧き出ずる「泉」は異なる解釈によって純粋な形而上学の存在や魂の象徴と言えるかと思います。

ひとつの解釈では「泉」は純粋な形而上学的実体であり、智識や真理の源として「泉」を捉えられます。私達が知覚する事物の背後にある永遠で不変の理念を、拡張現実世界での彫刻作品、永遠に湧き続ける「泉」の上に設置したバシリカ形をしたコンクリートの構造体（その天井部分は十字架で区切られる）の中心で回転し踊り続ける赤いメビウスの帯で表象しています。

また、別の解釈では、「泉」は魂や精神の内なる深淵を象徴しています。プラトンは、魂が肉体に囚われていると考え、「泉」は魂の本来の純粋さや高貴さを表しているとされます。この解釈では、「泉」への回帰すなわち「泉」の上の拡張現実世界で回転し踊り続ける彫刻作品を通じて、魂は自己の本質を取り戻し、真の幸福や解放を得ることができるとされます。

したがって、黒川緑地の湧水泉は、これらの解釈に基づいて形而上学的な存在や魂の探求を象徴していると言えるかと思います。それぞれの解釈において「泉」は深い哲学的な思考や内証を促し、私たちに対して永遠の真理や魂の探求への意識を喚起する役割を果たしていると言えます。

そして拡張現実の彫刻作品赤いメビウスの帯は拡張現実であるが故の形而上学的な存在としてその意味を問いながら、ただひたすら永遠にその「泉」の上で回転し踊り続けます。

尚、作品タイトルの『我は「泉」に踊る』は1994年に佐賀町エキジビット・スペースで行われた島　剛氏の個展”島剛：我は”泉“に立つ=Tsuyoshi Shima :standing by the fountain”展からインスパイアされています。

This Art work will be a sculptural work in augmented reality projected onto a fountain in a preserved natural green space.

The "Fountain” that gushes out from Kurokawa green space in Asao-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, can be said to be a symbol of pure metaphysical existence and soul, depending on different interpretations.

One interpretation is that  The "Fountain" is a purely metaphysical entity, and can be viewed as a source of wisdom and truth. The eternal and immutable idea behind the things we perceive is represented by a red Mobius strip that rotates and dances around the center of a basilica-shaped concrete structure (The ceiling is delimited by cross), a sculptural work in augmented reality world.

In another interpretation, the "Fountain" symbolizes the inner abyss of the soul or spirit. Plato believed that the soul was trapped in the body, and "The fountain" represented the soul's original purity and nobility. In this interpretation, the soul can regain its essence and achieve true happiness and liberation through a sculptural work that rotates and dances in an augmented reality world above the "Fountain”. 

Therefore, based on these interpretations, it can be said that Kurokawa Green space's fountain water symbolizes a metaphysical existence and a search for the soul. In each interpretation, the "Fountain” serves as a catalyst for deep philosophical thought and inner proof, and arouses our awareness of eternal truth and soul-searching.And the augmented reality sculpture Red Mobius strip continues to rotate and dance on the "Fountain" forever, questioning its meaning as a metaphysical existence because it is an augmented reality.
